We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping — £3.00 (3–8 business days) on orders under £60
• Free Standard Shipping (3–8 business days) on orders over £60
• Fast Track — £6.50 (1–5 business days)

Order cut-off time is 2:00 PM.

Carriers We ship via Royal Mail, Evri, UPS, and DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email.

Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Undeliverable packages may incur additional fees or be cancelled.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier.
