Thank you for choosing Luxe Custom Designer. We stand behind the quality of our custom items and are pleased to offer a Warranty of 3 months on all our items for defect or damages 

This limited warranty covers:

• All items are covered for 3 months from the date of purchase.

• If the item is seen to have a defect in this time frame caused by us or the shipping company we will make a fresh item and have it sent out as soon as possible.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

• Misuse or abuse

• Improper or incorrect assembly 

• Normal wear and tear

• Natural disasters or Acts of God

• Improper transportation, storage, or handling

• Unauthorized modifications or alterations

• Natural aging of materials (e.g., wood, leather, or fabric discolouration)

Such conditions will not be considered manufacturing defects, and products exhibiting these issues will not be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.

Limitation of Liability

Luxe Custom Designer shall not be liable for any:

• Consequential damages

• Economic losses

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Special or punitive damages
  arising from the use of or defect in any product.

This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts only and does not extend to any tort liability.
