1. How long does delivery take?

Delivery within the UK takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days
  • Fast Track Shipping: 3–5 business days

2. How much is shipping?

  • Orders under £60: £3 (Standard Shipping)
  • Orders over £60: FREE (Standard Shipping)
  • Fast Track Shipping: £5.50

3. When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom only.

5. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking email after your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is placed.
Contact us immediately, but if the order has shipped, rerouting may not be possible.

7. My package shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

8. What is your return policy?

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging with all tags attached

10. Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

11. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after return approval.
Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

12. Do you offer exchanges?

We only exchange items that arrived damaged or defective.

13. Are shipping fees refundable?

No. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Custom/personalized items

15. Didn’t receive your order?
