All personalised products are custom-made to your specifications. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all names, dates, spelling, images, and design details are correct before approval and production begins.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of personalised products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the item is faulty, damaged, or an error has been made by us.

Artwork & Design Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, mock-ups, and artwork before giving final approval. Once approved, we are not liable for any errors that were present in the approved design.

Colours & Product Appearance

Actual colours may vary slightly from those displayed on screen due to monitor settings, printing processes, and material variations.

Production & Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Copyright & Trademark Responsibility

Customers must have the necessary rights or permissions to use any images, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material submitted for printing. We reserve the right to refuse any order that may infringe intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
